Advance payment is required prior to attending Doc-To-Help training classes. Payment can be made via credit card or check.

ComponentOne reserves the right to cancel Doc-To-Help training classes within two business days prior to the first day of the class. If ComponentOne cancels a class, advance payments received by ComponentOne will be refunded in full or applied to a future class as requested by the registrant.

Registered students who cancel their participation in a class will have the following cancellation fees applied prior to receiving a refund:
  • If cancelled 10 or more business days prior to the start of the training class, no cancellation fees will apply.
  • If cancelled 3-9 business days prior to the start of the training class, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
  • If cancelled less than 3 business days prior to the start of the training class, your registration fees can be applied to a future class. However, your payment will not be refunded.
